VitalStats Public and Private Higher Education 2021

VitalStats 2021 presents data for public higher education. The period covered is from 2016 to 2021. It also presents datasets on private higher education which have been sourced from the Higher Education Quality Committee Information System (HEQCIS). This makes VitalStats 2021 a richer resource on data for the broader higher education sector in South Africa. It is important to note, however, that at this stage the data on private higher education is not available on all variables that the publication focuses on.
