Get started with the Organizational Readiness Survey

1. Create an account

To get input from across the implementation team, anybody in your organization can quickly sign up by providing a few details.

2. Complete the survey

The survey covers all key areas of EMIS implementation, providing you with a clear picture of your status and readiness. The survey will auto-save as you complete it, so it can be completed in stages if needed, with the functionality to request inputs from colleagues during completion.

3. Get immediate results
