Developing robust and responsive education data systems to transform education systems in the Asia-Pacific region: technical paper

This technical paper is part of a series prepared for the Second Asia-Pacific Regional Education Ministers’ Conference (APREMC-II). The findings of this paper were used to inform the  thematic discussion during the conference and were summarized in a policy brief shared with all participants ahead of the conference. The paper covers data gaps in monitoring SDG 4 and other indicators related to EMIS data.
